Index ETFs don't have their own calculated Value. They hold hundreds of companies — we work out whether the group is expensive or cheap versus its history.

You are 48% below the all-time high, and 57% above the low of the cycle. The signal comes from where you sit in that range.
The floor of the cycle is at $23.80; the ceiling, at $71.82. The closer to the floor, the better the spot to build in slowly.
It has no intrinsic value from fundamentals — the range comes from price highs and lows. The final call is yours; buying gradually (DCA) means a little at a time.
The business
A way to get exposure to bitcoin without holding the digital keys yourself.
IBIT is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the price of bitcoin by holding the cryptocurrency directly in custody. Instead of buying bitcoin yourself in a digital wallet, you buy a share of the fund that follows its price, and you do it from a traditional brokerage account.
Its structural advantage is giving you simple, regulated access to bitcoin without having to deal with wallets, private keys, or crypto platforms; it also offers stock-market liquidity and professional custody of the asset.
Catalysts and risks
Greater institutional adoption channeling money flows into regulated vehicles like this fund.
Bitcoin's historical cycles, marked by supply-reduction events at regular intervals.
Growing interest from investors looking to diversify away from traditional assets.
Total concentration in a single, extremely volatile asset: if bitcoin drops hard, the fund drops just as much.
It charges an annual management fee that reduces your return over time.
Strong cyclicality: bitcoin has had very sharp rises and falls, with no intrinsic value to serve as a reference.
Charlie's note
“Bitcoin generates no cash flows or dividends, so discipline matters more here than guessing the timing: decide how much you're willing to lose before you get in and keep an eye on the annual fee.”
